Jacque James is Founder and President of ARA Fraud & Forensic Services, a leading investigative forensic accounting firm that specializes in fraud prevention, white collar fraud investigations and litigation support.

Jacque is a Certified Fraud Examiner with over 25 years of forensic accounting, corporate investigations and law enforcement experience. Jacque promotes a sense of urgency among her colleagues and team to provide solutions that help protect the client’s assets and profitability. Her goal is to proactively work with companies through education, awareness and by utilizing ARA’s proprietary four-step fraud prevention strategy to reduce fraud in the workplace. She is often called upon to provide expert testimony in fraud and litigation cases.

As a sought-after speaker, Jacque enjoys engaging and educating audiences on various fraud and business topics. She holds a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s of Accounting and Financial Management (MAFM) from Keller Graduate School of Management in St. Louis, Missouri. She was also an Adjunct Professor at Webster University where she taught graduate-level accounting.
