Speakers: Jami Wolfe and Tom Gatti
Jami Wolfe‘s professional work focuses on areas such as: team development, organizational assessment, organizational structuring and development, leadership coaching and development, linking of executive performance with business strategy, talent management, and development of training programs to maximize workforce and leadership performance. She has consulted either externally or internally since 1998.
Jami has assisted organizations of all sizes in multiple industries, from 100-person companies through Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining CMA, she assisted business leaders of a large international investment firm in the design, development and delivery of integrated organizational, team, and people development initiatives. Her efforts contributed to the firm being repeatedly named as one of the 100 Best Companies in America to work for and also repeatedly selected as one of the top organizations in providing training for its people. Her work with numerous clients of a large, global management-consulting firm focused on workforce performance, executive coaching, leadership, team, and organizational development.
Jami received her Ph.D. in organizational psychology from St. Louis University and her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University. Jami received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in business and psychology from William Woods University.
Jami has her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Gateway Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and the St. Louis Organization Development Network. Her specialities include Leadership and organization development, psychological assessment, and executive coaching.
Tom Gatti brings over 35 years of experience in business development, sales and strategic marketing planning.
As he leads the agency’s business development efforts, Tom’s key responsibilities within the operations of the company include setting the marketing and business strategy. Tom specializes in sales and business development, CRM and marketing and sales enablement strategy consulting.
Industries he has worked with include manufacturing, construction, non-profit, architecture, environmental services, food and beverage and building products.
With experience in B2C and B2B markets, Tom has touched every Black Twig client and has worked with a number of them to help optimize their marketing and sales strategy to drive growth. Some of those clients include Cutex, Hager Companies, HBD Construction, IWR North America, Men’s Medical Institute, Metaphase Design, MHS Legacy Group, RSS Roofing, Super Stud Building Products, Tom James Company, Trattoria Marcella, True Fitness, UHY Advisors, WB Industries and Wellington Environmental.
Tom was one of the original members when Black Twig opened its doors in April of 2006. Then, in 2016, he and three other partners purchased the company from its original founders.
Prior to Black Twig, Tom worked for his family’s display business, owned a construction company and spent nearly 16 years in retail management.
