MML First Fridays Presents…

How MDS Mfg Experienced Double Digit Growth with ERP Best Practices

Friday September 9, 2016 7:15 am – 9:00 am

All company owners struggle to start up and grow their businesses. This is even more true for manufacturers with large capital expenditures, huge locations requirements and work force intensive operations. Adding technology to the mix complicates things even more. Join us to hear how Dave Skaggs, owner of MDS Manufacturing, experienced double digit growth for the past six years and how using best practices with his ERP helped with that growth.
Today, MDS operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with 34 full-time employees, expects revenues to be $7.2 million at the end of 2016 and is the only liquid silicone manufacturer in the entire midwest. This presentation will take you through MDS Manufacturing’s fabulous startup story and provide an example of how manufacturers can leverage technology to fuel the growth of their businesses.
