Andrea Olson
Andrea Olson is the author of No Distruptions: The New Future of Mid-Market Manufacturing, www.nodisruptions.com. She has 19 years of field-tested background providing uinique, applicable approaches to creating leaner, more effective, technology driven, customer-facing operations. Andrea began her career at a tech startup, and led the strategic marketing efforts at two global industrial manufacturers. Andrea is currently the CEO of Prag’madik, an Operational Strategy Consultancy, and also the Director of the Midwest Manufacturing Business Coalition, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of mid-market manufacturing in the US. Andrea received a BA from the University of Iowa.

Marc Bowers is the founder of St Louis Makes and the co-founder of Brick City Makes. He has over 20 years of new product development, product management and business development experience. Previously, Marc held positions at Finn Corporation, The Toro Company and Colgate-Palmolive as well as an entrepreneurial role as the founder of The Grun Company. He has managed numerous product launches and created several new distribution and dealer networks for various product lines in diverse industry segments. Marc received a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.
