The Midwest Manufacturing Leaders Present…

Demystifying Working with Private Equity Firms

Friday November 8th, 2019 7:15 am – 9:00 am

As business owners look to grow, recapitalize, or sell their company, private equity (PE) is frequently an option of prime consideration. Yet many of us know little about how PE firms operate, what they are seeking in a relationship, or most importantly how to position our company so PE firms will be interested in forming a partnership. During this program, you will learn points of operational excellence beyond financial performance that interest PE firms along with how to form relationships as you prepare for a transition. Our panelists include a PE firm principal and an M&A attorney that has participated in many such transactions.
