John Maue
John has been involved in the electrical industry for 28 years. He spent 8 years at Spectrulite Consortium where he served an electrical apprenticeship and worked to Journeyman status. Upon the completion of a Bachelors of Engineering, John went to work for Square D/Schneider Electric and over the next 17 years, served in a variety of sales and business development roles. From 2015 to 2018, John managed the Southeast portion of the US for ABB’s OEM division as their Business Development Manager. He began his career with Ameren this past August when asked to manage the newly formed Energy Solutions Off-Road efficient electrification program.John resides in Maryville Illinois where he raised his three children, Claire, Luke and Ian.

Michael S. Kearney
Michael Kearney is Director, Economic Development for Ameren Missouri where he is responsible for leading strategies to support community development, business attraction/expansion and value-added services to existing large commercial and industrial customers. Michael has over 30 years’ experience working in urban development and industrial services.

Bryan Shannon
Bryan received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri Rolla (S&T). Upon graduation from college Bryan began his career with ABB in the protection and control division and served in various customer facing sales and technical roles for over 6 years. For the next 2.5 years Bryan served as Regional Sales Manager for Alstom Grid focused on substation automation technologies and then most recently as Account Manager for Power Grid Engineering focused on key accounts in the Midwest for the last 3 years. He began his career with Ameren this past August as part of the Energy Solutions team leading the business development of the On-Road efficient electrification program.Bryan currently lives in Rock Hill, MO and enjoys recreational sports, golf, and traveling in his spare time.
