MML First Fridays Presents…
Important Supply Chain Decisions
Friday November 7th, 2014 7:30 am – 9:00 am
There are many supply chain decisions that firms can make that will dramatically impact sales, costs and therefore profit. While making the wrong decision can hurt, unfortunately often there is no decision… you default on whatever you have done or whatever is the (seemingly) easiest. In this presentation Dr. Mitch Millstein will provide a high level review of these decisions. These decisions include logistics (quantitative) decisions, and more qualitative aspects of supply chain management. You will learn what decisions you need to make, the choices you have and how they can impact sales, costs and profitability of your company.
